Standish Estate Purchase
The wooded estate is home to a collection of historic buildings, including a Grade II listed Georgian manor house, two distinctive Art Deco-style ward buildings and a former hydrotherapy pool house.
Planning permission has been granted to transform the site into 147 homes, including 48 homes created through the restoration and conversion of the existing heritage buildings and 99 new homes designed specifically for this unique setting.
The development will also include extensive improvements to the grounds, with new footpaths, enhanced open spaces and ecological habitat improvements.
