TAPTON COURT SECURES PLANNING
Plans to bring the magnificent Tapton Court back into use have been approved
Our aim is to recapture the grandeur of the building’s heyday and create a unique development of luxurious homes in this wonderful location above the city.
Joint Managing Director Georgina Lynch said: “Tapton has the perfect combination of a distinctive heritage building on a large site with mature trees and planting in a great location.
“We are delighted our plans have been approved and will continue to work with heritage officials to create something very special here.”
Dating back to 1868 the Grade II listed house with its many original features will be converted into just 14 grand apartments while the original stable block and the gate house will each become a single, unique property.
Ranmoor House annexe, a later addition to the site will be converted into 18 properties and we also plan to build four new houses within the grounds.
Work is scheduled to start on site later this month
