VARIETY AWARDS | YORK

The Residence, York has once again scooped another plaudit

The Residence, York has once again scooped another plaudit – named Best Large Development at the Yorkshire Residential Property Awards 2016.

The experienced panel of judges said: ”The conversion of the old Terry’s chocolate factory is a sensational scheme. The first phase shows a regard for the building’s heritage while creating contemporary apartments with great style and plenty of storage.

Specifically, it showcases PJ Livesey’s experience and sensitivity when dealing with historic buildings.”

Their words are a great endorsement for the entire team who are working on the project creating beautiful, unique homes in this Grade II listed landmark.

The Awards are run in conjunction with the Variety Club of Great Britain and raised an impressive £88,290 for sick, disabled and disadvantaged children across Yorkshire.
