Exciting plans for a key high specification residential site in Woodbridge, Suffolk, have now been revealed.

The plans will see the restoration and redevelopment of the much loved Cedar House property with seven bespoke detached houses built on large plots in the mature grounds.

INDIVIDUALLY DESIGNED PROPERTIES
PJ Livesey director James Woodmansee, said: “This is a lovely site in a great location and we believe the houses we are planning here will be equally

The Cedar House site was purchased by the PJ Livesey Group from Suffolk Coastal District Council as part of its consolidation of accommodation.
